Arrival Times:

Morning arrival times are between 8a.m.-10a.m.
Afternoon arrival times are between 11a.m.-6p.m.
Your assigned Moving Team will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival).
Note: Your Moving Consultant might have adjusted the time within these parameters.

Walkways & Driveways:

Please make sure all walkways and driveways are free from debris for our movers. If moving in the winter months, make sure to shovel and remove ice from driveways and walkways to prevent injury to our movers.

Please make sure all boxes are labeled and sealed upon arrival. This will help our movers place the boxes in the correct rooms at your new home.

Items we do not take:

AAA Movers cannot move any flammables, liquids, plants with soil in the pot or any jewelry. Additionally, AAA Movers will not disconnect or re-connect any washers, dryers, refrigerators or electronic equipment. For liability reasons, we also do not disassemble or reassemble baby cribs or exercise equipment. If you need assistance on these items, please contact your Moving Consultant right away and we can assist with setting up a third-party service.

Donate Items – AAA Movers Hope Box Program:

AAA Movers has partnered with Tubman in the Twin Cities. We are so proud to be working with this great organization by delivering our Hope Box donations from our moving customers directly to the organization.

On the day of your move, your Moving Team pick up your Hope Box and load it on the truck to deliver directly to Tubman. Your participation is optional. As a reminder, below are items that you can include in the provided Hope Box:
