Storage Process: Step-by-step
- Vaults: Storage vaults conveniently come to your home or office.
- Inventory: All of your items are inventoried before they are loaded into the storage vault to ensure that everything stays accounted for.
- Load: Items are loaded into the vaults and taken to our storage facility.
- Storage: The vaults are then taken to our climate controlled storage warehouse. Here they are unloaded and put into our strict inventory control system (SICS).
- Retrieval: In case you need any items from storage before they are moved out, because of SICS, it is easy to retrieve them. Simply come to the warehouse and the inventoried list will provide quick and easy access to items.

- What type of storage does AAA Movers offer?
AAA Movers uses a vaulting system. These wooden crates, which measure 7x7x5, are brought directly to your home or office on moving day.
- What is the storage process?
The belongings you wish to store are protected with our top-quality furniture pads and shrink wrap and are loaded directly into the vaults. Once our certified moving crew has stored, inventoried, protected and loaded everything you want, the vaults are sealed and brought back to our climate controlled facility. The unopened vaults are then stored until delivery time.
- How are my items inventoried?
All items being stored are registered into AAA Movers Strict Inventory Control System (SICS). This system ensures that all items are accounted for and can be accessed within minuntes.
- How many vaults will I need?
The number of vaults needed is determined by one of our certified moving consultants. By taking an accurate inventory of items to be stored, AAA Movers can recommend the correct number of vaults and persons needed to complete the job in the least amount of time.
- What if I have items which will not fit in the vaults?
No problem! AAA Movers will use our top-quality furniture pads and shrink wrap to protect these larger items. These items are then inventoried into the Strict Inventory Control System and placed on storage racks located within the climate controlled facility.
- Do I have access to my stored belongings?
Yes! AAA Movers' only request is that our company be given 24 hours notice. This enables our warehouse manager to have the stored vaults down and easily accessible on the ground-floor level. The warehouse manager will also remove the seals and have the vaults open and ready.
- Is the storage facility secure?
Of course! AAA Movers storage facilities are monitored 24 hours per day via closed circuit television. The building is also equipped with a state-of-the-art sprinkler system in case of a fire. We encourage all customers who may be in the need of storage to stop in and see our climate controlled facility.
